Senior Partner, Director of Client Engagement
Originally from Ireland, Graeme has over twenty five years of experience in the IT and Telecommunications industries. He has worked for a variety of corporations, large and small, in North America and in Europe. He has extensive project management, operations management, and business consulting expertise, and has held senior and executive management positions. Having traveled extensively, and interacted with a variety of cultures, in many different countries, Graeme is very adaptable, possesses excellent people skills, is diplomatic and tactful, and brings a practical approach to problem solving. He is also bilingual in English and French.
In his role as Director of Client Engagement with Arbutus Solutions, Graeme prioritizes innovating the best possible solutions while considering the clients’ budgets and expectations. He asserts that in working with Arbutus Solutions, clients will gain valuable business insights from which to improve their business practices and productivity. Graeme has a passion for business leadership that he practices with both clients and the Arbutus team, supporting a collaborative environment in which all contributor’s voices are respected.
Graeme is based in the Vancouver area, where he and his wife, Véronique, are raising two active boys. Family time includes soccer, skiing, and international travel.

Ray Letts | BSc, BA, MCTS
Senior Partner, Director of Technical Delivery
In his role as Director of Technical Delivery for Arbutus Solutions, Ray combines his diverse professional experience as an IT developer and consultant, business and systems analyst, and organizational manager. His ability to embody both a solid technician and a “people” person, has enabled him to thrive in a variety of professional sectors including healthcare, post-secondary education, utilities, civil service, and agribusiness. Ray also possesses an aptitude for language and culture, enriched by his passion for travel, that enables him to interact confidently in global markets.
Ray believes ardently in Arbutus Solutions‘ commitment to merge technical expertise with business acumen to produce more comprehensive EPM solutions for their clients. He appreciates the team-oriented culture of Arbutus Solutions, in which each partner pledges to open communication and a collaborative atmosphere. He looks forward to helping to facilitate the company’s future growth through maintaining solid relationships with current clients, investing in new clients, and mentoring Arbutus Solutions‘ emerging team of developers and business analysts.
Ray lives on Southern Vancouver Island with his wife, Andrea, with whom he shares an avid interest in being outdoors, music, golf, hockey, and regional cuisine.
Michael Patrick | MBA, PMP, MCTS
Senior Partner, Director of Business Solutions
Michael is Arbutus Solutions’ Director of Business Solutions. He has the unique distinction of possessing both technical aptitude in addition to managerial and business skills, including an MBA. As an independent consultant, he has had the opportunity to work in a variety of project management environments, and has also exercised his leadership skills as Director of Information Systems for a global medical technology company. He has participated in speaking engagements including presentations to PMI, the Microsoft Project Conference and Project World. His technical skills have qualified Michael as virtual technical specialist for Microsoft, and he has contributed to several high profile Microsoft development projects including Project Finance and Project Server.
Michael feels that Arbutus Solutions most effectively integrates technology, processes and business acument for our clients. Additionally, Michael has worked directly with the Project Server development group. Michael worked with clients to conduct the earlierst implementations of Project Server 2007 and Project Server 2010 in Canada.
Michael was raised on Vancouver Island, where he currently resides with his partner Jasmine and their two young children. His modest amount of spare time is spent travelling with his family, enjoying outdoor activities, and social time with friends and family.

Senior Partner, Director of Project Delivery and Asia Operations
In his role as Director of Project Delivery and Asia Operations, Michael draws from his extensive experience in several environments. Michael earned his MBA in International Business, honing his theoretical approach to business process management. He merges his academic theory with active experience managing high profile projects across North America, Asia, and the Middle East. His approach focuses on meeting client needs through a solid understanding of client requirements. This approach centers on bringing together information technology and process enhancements to improve organizational performance.
Michael believes Arbutus Solutions delivers incomparable results to their clients, emphasizing the abundance of business expertise shared collectively amongst the partners and technical delivery team. He also attributes the team’s proficiency to the cultural and geographic diversity that has provided exposure to common EPM scenarios across various industries around the globe. He looks forward to more international opportunities for Arbutus Solutions.
Michael resides in Tokyo with his wife Yuka, where he enjoys playing ball hockey, studying kendo, and cheering on the Canucks from across the Pacific.
